Barn rental terms & conditions:

Barn rental daily rate of $1,250+HST runs from 12 noon to midnight and includes the wedding arch, lighting, carpets and pews in the chapel; chairs and tables in the dining hall; the bar; catering space in the lounge area and electricity and potable water for the caterer.

There is an outdoor firepit, one outhouse and a designated smoking area included.

Barn weekend rates are available for $3,500+HST and start Friday at noon and end Sunday at noon.

Barn chapel only rates are $250 for 2 hours, $400 for 4 hours

Rental clients are responsible for catering, event liquor licence & insurance, tablecloths and dishes, adequate portable toilets, installation of personal wedding decor and removal of personal wedding decor.

Seating for a maximum of 100 guests is available in the chapel and in the dining lounge. Outdoor space is available if a marquee tent is used - not provided..

*We do have preferred vendors - package rates may be available on an individual basis
